About Waukesha Kennel Club
Waukesha
Kennel Club, Inc. of Waukesha, Wisconsin is a non-profit, all-volunteer dog club
founded in 1961 and to this day remains a group of dedicated dog breeders
and exhibitors.
Our members consist of breeders, exhibitors and AKC judges. Waukesha Kennel Club
members participate on many levels in AKC events, such as conformation dog shows,
obedience trials, agility trials, hunting tests and the many other breed performance
tests offered to the dog fancy. We
are proud of the many services we provide for the advancement of pure-bred dogs,
not only in the Waukesha County community, but throughout the State of Wisconsin
and elsewhere. The Waukesha Kennel Club booth was
awarded 1st place in the educational category at the Wisconsin State Fair's Dog
Fair on August 8th. Congratulations, and thanks, to the Eschweilers,
Jeri El Dissi and her girls, and a diverse group of dogs. We talked to lots of
people about purebred dogs and gave out a ton of information. The booth was so
busy that the other members didn't even know that we won. Judge
Barb Curry reported that we are far and away the most educational. |
